This 90-minute extended practice shares various aspects of Yoga (asana, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, pranayama, sound and chanting) from the perspective of our individual teachers & their learnings'. This is longer, guided class that will provide intelligent guidance, offering you the opportunities to explore different areas in depth and perhaps try something totally new. This 90 minute masterclass will be guided by Janet Gooding & Chloe Baio.

The session is specifically designed to be accessible for men who are new to yoga. It is guided at a slower pace, with long holds and encouraged use of props. You’ll learn tools and techniques to slow down, open up areas of tightness and regulate your nervous system.
Please note that this is a donation-based class for men. Sign up usual & bring cash on the day. Donations over and above the costs of running the class will be donated to Movember, the leading charity for men’s health.

In the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Pratyahara is the turning point, the art of withdrawing the senses to journey inward. In this two-hour workshop with Samuel, you’ll explore the subtle doorway between body and mind. Beginning with an introduction to Pratyahara’s place in yogic philosophy, we’ll move through a blindfolded asana practice that softens the grip of sight and invites deep inner awareness. We’ll refine concentration with ratio-based pranayama and close with a guided meditation leading toward stillness. Together we’ll reflect on how to carry this practice beyond the mat, learning to meet the noise of daily life with clarity and presence. This is an invitation to dissolve distraction and rediscover the spaciousness of awareness.

This 60 minute Yoga class is donation based, so pay what you can! Simply sign up as usual and bring cash on the day. This donation-based model is a community-supported one, that invites people who are experiencing financial hardship to join class and simply donate what they can.
Our signature Yoga class, blending Asana, Pranayama and Meditation techniques. Our teachers pull from many different lineages (including but not limited to) Katonah Yoga®, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Awakening; we share our individual perspective from our personal practice. We recognise that biology isn’t binary and every class may offer a totally different experience. This class is for all-levels.

These classes are catered to those with a regular practice; we alternates teachers and sometimes offer collab classes, meaning you'll have 2 guides throughout the class.
