1. Introduction Welcome to the Space+ On-Demand Platform ("Platform"). By signing up for membership and using the resources provided through our Platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

• You are responsible for paying the fees associated with your membership in accordance with the membership description provided at the time of subscription.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

• Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime. 

• Annual memberships last for 1 year and can be cancelled ahead of your final month, or roll anew. 

3. Changes to Membership

• We reserve the right to make changes to the membership offerings, including updates to resources, features, and pricing, from time to time. Notice of significant changes will be provided in a timely manner.

4. Use of Resources

• The resources provided as part of the membership are designed for informational and educational purposes only.

• These resources do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental disorders and are not a substitute for counselling, therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment of any kind.

• By signing up for membership, you confirm that you will not use the resources as a replacement for counselling, therapy, or medical treatment.

• These resources are owned by The Space and their respective teachers, therefore you will not use our material as your own. The resources and materials that we provide to you may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited other than for your own personal use in accordance with this agreement.

5. Teacher Guidance

• Any information or guidance provided by Space+ teachers is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by your doctor or healthcare provider.

• We expressly exclude all responsibility and liability for any damages, loss, or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our sessions or reliance on any information or guidance provided.

6. Technical and Quality Limitations

• The resolution and quality of the resources you access will depend on various factors, including your device type, internet bandwidth, and other technical conditions, which may fluctuate during viewing.

7. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, IT issues, problems with hosting providers, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitations of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space+ and our affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or resources.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Space+ harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the resources or breach of these Terms.

9. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the platform and its resources responsibly and in compliance with these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you consult with qualified professionals for your medical, psychological, or therapeutic needs. This is including but not limited to: pregnancies, disabilities, illnesses and injuries. 

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
